delivery & RETURNS


Shoppers Cue delivers all over the world.

Products that are located in our warehouse and have already been verified by our Quality Control team. These products will be shipped within 48h of receiving an order.

All packages within Australia, US & Canada are sent using regular Parcel Post with tracking included. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Courier Tracking Number and a link to the website to track the delivery of your parcel.

Packages being delivered internationally (outside Australia, US & Canada) are made via Standard delivery, which offers priority handling and basic tracking for most destinations.

NOTE: Packages delivered outside of US may be subject to additional taxes and customs fees that must be paid by the Buyer on receipt.


Our delivery costs are based on the Courier’s shipping rates and they are dependent on the destination, weight, value, and volume of products. Delivery costs include an additional nominal fee for the handling of orders (preparation, packaging etc.). Costs will be estimated and displayed on the Cart and Checkout packages before you complete your order.

Delivery times also depend on the Post Office service and the destination of the parcel. Average delivery time for the package once it has left our offices is:

– Within Australia, US & Canada: Between 12-25 working days
– Outside Australia, US & Canada: Between 25-40 working days*

* Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Post’s control.


We want all our customers to be satisfied with the products they have ordered and do our best to ensure the authenticity and compliance of the products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if the delivery is not identical to your order (a product is missing or a wrong product), please feel free to Contact Us. Please include as many details as possible including your Order ID as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer the following option.


For products sold by Shoppers Cue: If you have purchased a product that is sold by Shoppers Cue (as indicated in the Product detail page), if you are not completely satisfied by your product, you can return the unused product within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The Product returned must not have been used and must still bear its Label.


Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the Order ID as well as your name and address. Without these details, we will not be able to process your refund. You must pay for the shipping costs to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure that you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Remember to provide us with a receipt of your shipping costs (if we have to reimburse them).

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 7 days.
